Aveeno does not …
Aveeno does not work for me. The Biotin supplement with the vitamin Eand C pill however works. Thats for ppl with extreme cases like me. Im glad I see others with the same problem. I guess we all hide under long sleeves and jeans. easy to spot on a sunny day but at the same hard to find someone who relates. Thanks to everyone who posted. I dont feel so alone lol -)
try desitin i know …
try desitin i know it sounds weird because its for diaper rashes but try it when u go to bed at night it seals in the moisture and it helps with the itch

heya can you please let people know that they can look at my channel for really good tips on how to cure eczema? Thanks
you havent read all …
you havent read all those unpronouncable ingredients in that TOXIC cream have you? if you cant eat it, dont put it on your skin. anyone with eczema is already too toxic on the inside & you have to fix that, insteading of constantly supressing the symtoms with this rubbish
Try manuka honey ( …
Try manuka honey (UMF 15 or higher)!!! Study also shows that honey mixed with cinnamin can naturally treat diseaes (eg. heart disease, arthritis, even eczema). I recommend products that contain manuka honey. It can either ingested or applied topically. A UMF rating of 15+ have high therapeutic levels. Aveeno is a great moistorizing for sensitive skin. But I personally recommend Cetaphil because it is more effective and leaves my skin feeling smoother.

@breannathebanana1 …
@breannathebanana1 There was recent news (in the past yr) about a successful study with bleach baths (pls research the dilution proportions). It was done on children, and was 70% successful. You can google it. I took my first bath today, I hope it works. My eczema is mild but it’s in many places. Anyways, I’m hoping this works. Seems like a good thing amongst all the research I’ve done.

Agree. I’ve had it all my life too and still in pain at 27. My hands are especially bad, for which I’ve just started taking the oral drug named ‘Toctino’, which has it’s fair share of side-effects but beggars can’t be choosers.

my fave though was …
my fave though was 100% pure apricot oil , and the best part was i could put it on my face and eyelids (if you read the back it has usage as a topical oil or culinary lol ) so its super safe and it really did the trick
vitamin e also works well
there are tons and tons of others i havent tried though as these worked for me google it and try some they work better then anything else ive tried! ( go to any natural health food store)
xo good luck !
also i avoid …
also i avoid products that have ingredients like dimethicone, dioxide, sulfates , parabens and anything petroleum based wont allow your skin to “breathe”
ps look up some of those ingredients its sort of scary
anyways things that work really well for me and i rarely have flare ups now are:
evening primrose oil( orally ) it helps balance the oils in your body
100% pure aloe vera as my moisturizer ( it also soothes eczema if you have a flare up )
100% neem oil or cream , but it does smell

wheres the eczema?
wheres the eczema?
Hydrocortisone, …
Hydrocortisone, Aveeno Products,Oatmeal baths, Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Cream (very similar to Elidel), Aloe Vera, Bubble Baths, Lubriderm Products, Dove Products, Exercise, Vitamin B, Rx Acne medicines. These have all helped over 25 years of dealing with excema. Certain products reduce the itching, while others heal your skin. Most do one or the other, not both at the same time, which sucks! Anyway good luck!
@gabgirl92 Yes Aloe …
@gabgirl92 Yes Aloe Vera is a god send. It is a very good thing to have. Aloe Vera has many different vitamins in it and is great for the immune system. Hey try drinking Aloe vera everyday. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and try applying Olive Oil to your skin.
in the last 3-4 years my eczema has flared up again since childhood but now on my hands and eyelids. been to the doctor many times-having been prescribed many creams i now find that hydrocortisone ointment takes away the redness and soreness that scratching leaves but thins the skin and leaves it dry therefore i find aveeno cream very good at moisturising my hands. it seems to have done the trick on my hands but not so well on my eyelids. anyone got the same symptoms and has found a cure let me know!
