Only one…. too much of too high a concentration can make your skin turn gray. Take one teaspoon in the morning and one at night of conventional over the counter brands, and you’ll be okay. It’s the made at home concoctions that are potentially harmful. I take it for acid reflux and toenail fungus. Works great!
